By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 7–12 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In case of stock issues or preparation delays, customers will be notified via email.
2. Shipping Methods, Areas and Delivery Times
We currently ship to Spain.
Available method:
Standard shipping: 7–12 business days.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond Vicenzae’s control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase, based on destination, weight/volume, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available on orders over €99 within Spain.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
If you do not receive this email after the maximum processing time, please contact us at bluevalue.llc@gmail.com.
5. Deliveries and Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, reshipping will require payment of additional shipping costs.
Once an order is in transit, the shipping address cannot be modified. For changes before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
6. International Shipping and Customs
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Vicenzae.
Customs procedures may cause additional delays beyond estimated delivery times.
7. Delays, Lost Packages, and Shipping Issues
If you experience unusual delays or tracking does not update within a reasonable time, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
In case of confirmed loss by the shipping carrier, we will handle the claim and inform you of the next steps.
8. Delivery and Inspection
We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage or signs of tampering, please note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take photos of the package and label.

9. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You may request order cancellation before it has been shipped.
